Hi! Any one of you got this problem? I can open my Electric Fireplace with Bond/Alexa but when its time to close it i can’t because with the electric fireplace when i press OFF on my remote only the lights commands on the fireplace open and i have to press OFF again to close it, so Bond or Alexa(same issue) just open the light on the fireplace and can’t turn off because he need two press on the remote!

If you’re able to use a computer to test out a possible solution, you can try updating the REPS property of the command to “2” to see if that helps.
You could try setting up a routine in alexa that presses the button twice.
