Unable to get a Fanimation remote working (KUJCE10611)

Hello,

I got a new Bond Bridge to be able to use with my Fanimation ceiling fan. The remote it uses has an FCC ID KUJCE10611 which is supposedly fully supported by Bond Bridge. I am able to train the bridge with the remote (I get a green light) and the app recognizes the remote correctly too, but when I test using the app, there is no change in the light state or the fan state.

Even with manual training for each button, I get a similar result (no response from fan).

Thoughts?

Not sure this is helpful or not but I have the exact same remote and have no issues. Is your fan close enough to the Bond? Perhaps try cutting power to your fan for 30 seconds…I hope you get it working.
