We bought a fan from Home Depot and Bond can learn all the buttons but none work when we press them in the app. Before I spend more time troubleshooting can I find out if it’s on the tested & supported list? Sorry to say, but that Fanimation DC fan uses 2.4GHz control, which is not a frequency supported by Bond Bridge. We support 300-450MHz. This is the first time I’ve seen a 2.4GHz fan control other than one MonteCarlo model. Thanks for letting us know.
