Bond sees remote codes, but fan controller does not respond

I just got a bond bridge for the singular purpose of getting my fan(s) to work. They are Onhiyou 52” fans. I went through the configuration and Bond Bridge sees the remote codes (I tried 3 or 4)

However, when I activate the command withing the Bond Bridge app, I see the light flash but the fan controller does not respond.

I’m not very far from the device right now since I am just testing it. The bridge is less than 6 feet from the controller (both are on the floor for testing purposes before I hard wire)

What else can I do or try?

Find the FCC ID on the remote (back, inside battery compartment, maybe in manuals).

If you cannot find that, take a picture of the front and back of the remote and post here.

I’ve taken the remote all apart. No FCC ID. Just a PCB with a single IC. Markings are:
DHS16RF C2423
Found this when looking.

Appears to be FCC ID: 2BNN9-NM2

Found it here:

433Mhz, which is what Bond Bridge shows when I add a command(one remote is 433.15, other is 433.0)

Not seeing a confirmation nor denial that the Bond staff have seen this before:

Supported Devices Search - 2BNN9-NM2

When you were adding the fan, did it suggest and save as a Template? If so, which?

(You can see that in the Bond app, device page, overflow menu, expand Advanced to see if a Template is listed).

Thanks for your response!

I checked their page too.

The device settings does not mention a template:

<>

Thanks for confirming no template. ( I removed your picture since it has your local auth token visible )

Hopefully one of the Bond staff come through here soon and can weigh in, but in the meantime have you tried using the Help → Chat feature in the Bond app during business hours to see if more real-time answers could be given?

I didn’t realize that token was important! Thanks.

I have not tried a chat yet. I did try to put in a support request and got an error submitting. I will try them. Thanks again!
