Problems pairing Vertilux shades - Bond Bridge Pro

Hardware:

  • Bond Bridge Pro (connected to a 2.4GHz only WiFi).
  • Two (2) Vertilux Shades (photo of remote)

Bond Bridge Pro is running the latest firmware.

When adding the shades, I follow its step-by-step, I press the P button on the remote both shades jog when pressing up/down aftwerwards so I know its been correctly put on programming mode.

I press PAIR on the app, and I get a red banner with the following error: PHOTO.

I’ve tried rebooting the Bridge Pro, trying with just 1 channel/shade in P mode, and nothing, same error message.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
