Hi all, need some help… just unboxed my new Bridge, which I bought to control my fireplace. Long story short, nothing is working - but I am ok with that, because I had a feeling I am going to need to upgrade my remote Tx/Rx, they are from 1997… the world of fireplace accessories is tricky though, full of white labeled OEM stuff with a million variations.
Question: I have a Mertik Maxitrol GV34 gas valve, does anyone know the RIGHT remote and receiver to buy that will definitely work with Bond???
I found this document from Mertik that shows a “G300 remote control kit” (page 14) which seemed promising, but no one anywhere seems to sell such a thing, zero google results.
