Initially my Bond Hub Pro wasn’t connecting to the network after working for several months and connect via Ethernet. The device said “syncing” the “unreachable” in the bond app.
I reset network setting and the bond hub pro was remove from the iOS app. Then, I pressed the reset button on the back of the hub to re-add the hub. Now, iOS app can’t find the hub over Ethernet or WiFi.
When holding the reset button for 5 seconds the green light never comes on.
