I just switched to a wireless Verizon 5G Router. My bond was working fine with previous wired router. with the Verizon router I turned on the IOT feature that is supposed to be 2.4GH, but every time I try to connect it ends with an error that says Looks like your device did not hook up to the internet. Please try again and make sure you entered the correct wi-fi credentials. I’m sure I am entering them in. I’ve tried MANY times so I’m pretty sure it’s not that. Any help in what may be the issue?
