Hi Bond Community, I’m hoping someone can help or has a possible solution to this.
I recently upgraded my modem/router from a Ubiquiti EdgeRouter Max to a Ubiquiti Cloud Gateway Ultra.
All other things stayed the same. I also have 2 Unifi POE switches and 2 Unifi NanoHD APs. Since changing this modem/router over my Bond Bridge just will not connect to the network anymore. I have tried everything I can think of. The AP’s setting are the same a they were with the Edgerouter Max.
All other device in my house have connected without an issue and I have 87 of them, a mixture of IoT device and others. They work exactly the same on the Cloud Gateway as the Edgerouter. I have reset the AP points several times, rebooted them, and even re-set them up and nothing.
I did try and connect my Bridge to my iPhone Hotspot and it seems to connect and access the internet that way just not through my home network.
I’ve checked the 2.4gh network and the channel it is on is 1 and 6. A different one for each AP. I did try and change it to both being on the same across 1, 6 and 11 and no different in connection.
Is there some specific setting or requirement that the Bond Bridge needs that other devices do not?
Any help and guidance would be so appreciate.
