Bond bridge worked fine until we recently changed routers and passwords, now I’ve tried everything and it will not reconnect!?
I’m pretty sure there is a limit on the wifi channels the Bond bridge can operate in. Try setting it manually for your 2.4GHz SSID and see if you can find one that works. I can’t remember the upper limit myself, so try 11 as a start to see if this is the problem.
If your router change happens to also mean you have a new WiFi network (new name / SSID or password) and you didn’t get a chance to change your WiFi network on the Bond Bridge before the change, and now you cannot access the Bond Bridge at all to set it up on the new router / WiFi network, then you can do a “green reset” to use the Bond app to configure your Bond Bridge to connect to the new router / WiFi network.
