Any way to recover my old info (backup) after a forced reset?

I have had my Bond Bridge setup and working mostly without issue for over 4 years. Today The unit was stuck red after many reboots, so I started with a green refresh and tried to connect it to the wifi network with no success. I then sadly had to factory reset but this has even not worked. I found instruction on how to get into Bond cli - I can communicate with the device on my network and even was able to force an update to the beta version of the firmware. My issue though is I cannot add the bridge into my app and therefore cannot add back all of my devices.

When I run the live logs on Bond cli I receive the following info:

The weird thing is that according to my router, my device is supposed to be xxx.xxx.x.89…any ideas?
