Somfy Blackout Shade Issue

I have a few rooms where I have inside mount Blackout Honeycomb Shades and outside mount Zebra shades both powered by Somfy and programmed on different channels on the Situo 5 channel remote. The Zebra’s seem to work consistently fine, but the Blackout shades once in while when you hit Open or Close, only move a split second and don’t go all the way up/down.

I thought this was a range issue with the Bond hub, so I went and purchased a Bond Pro hub and it’s still happening, even with the room right next to where the hub is.

Any ideas?

You still have full functionality with the remote set on respective channel?
Do you run grouping on the remote?
Can you operate without grouping an individual shade without problems via bond command?
