I have a few rooms where I have inside mount Blackout Honeycomb Shades and outside mount Zebra shades both powered by Somfy and programmed on different channels on the Situo 5 channel remote. The Zebra’s seem to work consistently fine, but the Blackout shades once in while when you hit Open or Close, only move a split second and don’t go all the way up/down.
I thought this was a range issue with the Bond hub, so I went and purchased a Bond Pro hub and it’s still happening, even with the room right next to where the hub is.
Any ideas?
