Somfy RTS (EU) - Identical shades behaves differently

I have searched through different threads in this forum, and while I can see that others have had similar issues as I have, my situation does not make sense to me

I just installed a Bond Bridge in my home cinema, where I have two identical (to my knowledge…) Somfy RTS shades. After some fiddling in the initial setup-stages, I managed to correctly add the shades to my Bond setup (see attached screenshots. I guess there is not much to be had from it, though), but the weird thing here is that while one of the blinds works correctly, the other one does not. The one that does not behave correctly, only moves for a fraction of a second each time a command is sent from Bond, while the other shade (that behaves correctly) goes all the way from closed to open, or vise versa. During pairing, both shades jogged like they should. Also, both shades works perfectly when controlled from either my Telis 1 remotes or my Telis 4 remote. I have never used the “my”-function, by the way.

During the setup stages, I could only select “US” model for both shades, as no “EU” option were available.I don not know if this matters, especially since one of the two seems to work just fine.

Any response will be much appreciated.

Upon checking a bit more, I found that the virtual remote actually works for both shades, meaning that the issue is with the main control GUI. Any ideas? Also, when I integrate the BOND Bridge with my C4 control system, will the issue I see in the app also be an issue using C4?

Good morning. Have you had any luck with finding out this?? I have the same issue. I have 8 Somfy shades and 7 of them work just fine. Only 1 shade works spuratically. I have also used Talahoma by Somfy and it was worst with the shades. Bond works better. BUT this 1 shade acts like yours. I can use the RF Somfy remote and put that 1 shade up and down with no problems. Its just thru Bond on that 1 shade.

No, unfortunately not, but I’m in contact with BOND to see if the issue can be resolved. I will keep you updated if they find a solution.
