Some devices only work within the IOS Bond application.
Hello, I’m having trouble with an added device not responding to commands given outside of the Bond Bridge application. I’ve added a tower fan to the bridge but it seems the only way I can control it is when I use the Bond application. The IOS widget for said device doesn’t respond. I’ve also linked my bridge with SmartThings and the device won’t respond from there either. I currently have just the original Bond Bridge and have added the fans remote successfully. Has anyone else experienced this? We’re you able to resolve it? Any help would be appreciated!
