Bond Bridge + Homebridge/HomeKit

Just purchased a Bond Bridge to control some fans. Updated immediately to v4.7.7. The Bond Home app works great but I’d like to incorporate the fans into HomeKit. I already run Homebridge for some other devices (Govee lights and Nest thermostat) and those devices all appear in HomeKit and can be controlled by Siri. For some reason, my Bond fan is showing up in the Homebridge dashboard, and I can command the fan speed and light on/off, but they are not showing up in my HomeKit. Anyone know what’s going on?

Thanks.

I’m no expert on HK/HB, however, make sure the “HomeKit” option is disabled under Settings > Managed Integrations in the app, so that it is coming is just via HomeBridge which should be more stable.

Did that. Tried posting the same question on the Aaron’s Homebridge-Bond Github but no answer yet.

Solved! I was on the Homebridge Discord and through some discussion (and trial and error) I figured out that the default configuration for the plugin was “child bridge” which was causing the issue. Once I deleted the child bridge, it worked just like my other HB devices. Not sure when you should be using that option but it seems to be working now.
