I had the same issue and this is how I fixed it.
Open new smarthings app/click hamburger next to Home (top left)/scroll up and above your name click spoke wheel (settings)/Connected services/delete bond and then start over.
Should then ask to link your bond account and should be able to add your fans again. Hope that helps. Bill
