Problem linking ThreeSixty Ceiling fan to Bond Bridge Pro

I’m having no success learning a ThreeSixty ceiling fan. I’ve pulled apart the remote to try to identify what frequency oscillator is used. I can read a code but that hasn’t helped.

Any suggestions gratefully received.

Is there a model name or number for the fan There’s a possibility that it’s a smart fan with our tech inside. Do you see a “Bond Config” WiFi network?

The fans are called Delta DC 56" (DEL56MW) by ThreeSixty fans. I have an existing unit that works successfully with my Bond Bridge Pro. However, that model was from a couple of years ago. They have changed the remote handset for the latest models of the Delta 56" (left remote = old, right remote = new).

I don’t see a Bond Config wifi network.

I have the same issue, did you ever figure this out?

can you share a photo of front & back of the remote of the fan in question? I’ll try to get the info on compatibility

Here’s some photos of the incompatible ThreeSixty Fans remote and control module. ThreeSixty sent me an old control module with the legacy remote that does work with Bond.

Unfortunately they have discontinued this practice, and going forward, their new fans appear to be on an unsupported frequency (2.4GHz?).

Ah, the 2.4 GHz would make sense as why it doesn’t work with Bond. Best route may be to send 360 your feedback that you’d prefer their fans worked with Bond
