We recently had installed roller shades from a company called Ashti Blinds (ashtiblinds.com). They claim they make their own blinds, however, the motor and remote may be aftermarket. I asked repeatedly, but they will not disclose the names of the motor/remote manufacturers. I tried to pair the blinds with Bond Bridge (BD-1000) using most of the likely options, including the generic “other”. In the “Other” mode, when I paired the “up” direction with (or the “down” direction), bond bridge status light turns green momentarily and there is a message saying that the command was captured. However, when I press the icon for the command (Up or Down), the blue light blinks but nothing happens with the blinds. How do I pair my blinds with Bond Bridge? The remote that was supplied is a touch remote with the front only having a Up, Stop and Down arrows besides a small blue led indicator slot. On the back, the model is listed as PE5101. It takes 3V (CR2430) button battery. Other information listed is ≤20mA 433.92MHz.
Can you check if there is an FCC ID in the remote control inside the battery slot or any indication in the motor that may help us identify if it is already supported?
