Orange Light - After Firmware Update

I tried to do a firmware update for my BD-1000, it appeared to be successful but after my Bond just went to an orange light, I’ve tried both a Green and White reset and when trying to setup (in the new app) I eventually just get to Wi-Fi setup error, and it goes back to orange.

Checking my router I can see it offering the Bond an IP address

Any suggestions on next steps?

Have you tried resetting the router? If that doesn’t work, you could try static IP: get the Bond in “WiFi setup mode” and connect to its config AP, visit 10.7.42.1 and you should see a GUI that allows you to set up static IP.

Can you let me know what sort of router you’ve got? DHCP should work and I’d like to recreate this and find out what’s going on here.

Was able to finish the setup, today without issue, not sure what has changed.

Sadly because of all the resetting I lost all my presets, now struggling to get Alexa playing nice again. Oh well one step at a time

The router is a Asus RT-N66U running the final released version of Merlin for that model.
