New SelectBlinds won't pair

I just got some new blinds from SelectBlinds and when I do the pair it turns green and says it works but when I go to test it nothing works.

I see that you guys work with SelectBlinds so I’m not sure what numbers you need but my order number from them was #10008043

I bought 7 blinds and can’t seem to get any of them working.
