Purchased a new Craftmade ceiling fan because the Bond smart controller will work with Alexa. At least that is their claim. I haven’t been able to make it work.
The fan remote works fine and the Bond app works fine. The Bond Skill is enabled.
Any ideas?
Can you please try to disable and re-enable the Bond Home skill in the Alexa app, then re-authenticate with your Bond username and password?
When you create the device, it should show up in the Alexa automatically, so I believe something in the authentication may have gone wrong…
