I just bought a Bond Bridge - and successfully added my Somfy shades and awnings.

I was just working to add some of my Minka fans. the remote fcc id is in the subject line.

so the bond bridge seems to identify / learn the remote - and i picked A3b (6 speeds, direction, no light) as the remote / fan.

the commands all seem to work fine - then i press “this is my remote” and the app replies with “this device is not supported. try updating your firmware”

the unit did 2 upgrades after i unboxed it - it’s currently running v3.21.3.6

any thoughts / help?

HI! You could use A3 or A3a, go to ceiling fan screen > three dots top right corner > settings > advanced > edit commands and remove every light command, once you return to the ceiling fan screen it should work just as a A3b template. Hope it can help you!
