I just got a new Casa Vieja fan with remote with FCC ID CHQRH787T which I am not able to pair with my Bond Bridge PRO using any of the templates or even manually recording the remote. There was a forum topic from 2021 suggesting to manually adjust the frequency before configuring using an advanced setting that no longer seem to exist. Can you please help?

I searched your FCC ID and looks like your remote control operates in 303.947 MHz.
Here are the steps to set your Bridge to listen to this specific frequency:

  1. When you are creating your device, after choosing a command to record, you get the following screen:

  2. Tapping on Advanced you’ll get this screen:

  3. Tap on Frequency, which will take you to this screen, where you can tap the desired frequency (in MHz):

  4. May worth mentioning that you need to tap Done. Then the app will take you to the previous screen, which should be like this now:

    setup 41170×2532 100 KB

  5. Tap Save and follow the process, you should get the screen suggesting you the remotes that may work with your device.
