Cannot reset Bond

Hello - No matter what i do, my Bond will not reset. it was working fine and had to make some changes to my network after some construction in my house. Now, no matter what I do the device will not reset. I have unplugged it, let it sit, plugged it back in, then held the reset button etc. It shows a white ring and it seems to blink here and there. Any assistance would be great.

Could the channel for your wi-fi have changed at all? I had issues where the channel changed to one that the Bond bridge did not support.
