Cannot learn functions for Moritz motors

I have several moritz motors controlled blinds at home and the bond app cannot relay instructions. The Bond device turns green during the learning process (it’s picking up the signal), but nothing happens when I test the function.

When I try to auto-detect the RF signal I get a different frequency to what is shown on the manufacturer’s website (433.92MHz), see the image below

I then tried to use the advanced settings to manually set the frequency to 433.92MHz, but still get the same results.

Any ideas?

@bskal Hey, I’m also in Sydney, Australia and have the same motorised Moritz blinds and Bond Bridge Pro. I’m seeing exactly what you’re seeing, try to learn remote and getting 433.860 MHz rather than the advertised 433.92 MHz signal. My blinds also don’t respond when testing.

Did you have any luck?

Nah @princeyooo I just gave up on it and put the bond device in a drawer and forgot about it. I would be really interested if anyone did figure it out though

Why are you looking for Bond support while Moritz Home Automation app + hub will all but satisfy your needs?

Do you mean this thing?

I do actually have that and it was working quite well. But I got another set of remote controlled blinds that aren’t moritz and the retailer threw in a bond device and said that this would control both sets of blinds. It didn’t work, and because they threw it in at no cost I was not inclined to debug the issue any more beyond posting in this forum to see if anyone has a solution.

But yeah, if anyone has just moritz motors, the hub I linked and the connector app work great.

Yeah!

What is happening unfortunately that wrong info is given by aggressive sales people to lead buyers on the wrong track and commit to custom size products that don’t work as claimed and can’t be returned.
