Can’t pair 2 fan lights together

I have 2 fans with LED light on them. I can control the fans just fine but having trouble learning the lights on/off. I managed to get one of them working, not the other, then unpaired and did the other which worked, but the first didn’t. I think the issue is that both can’t work together. Of course their remotes doesn’t have an issue controlling each. Also the fans are both connected it’s just the lights that I can manage. Attached a photo of one of the remotes. Thanks for any help

Without info of the fan model type it will be difficult to make any meaningful assessment of your findings.

Q1: these are identical fans but operate on separate remotes?

Q2: can you pair both on a single remote if that would be practical for your intended use condition?

Thanks for replying. I’m not sure about the fan model since it’s been a few years since we got it, but it’s a generic cheap one that’s probably sold under different names so I’m not sure the brand name would be recognizable. Having said that I found a picture I took of the controller before I installed it, perhaps it would help (see attached). The controller model is T5LP and googling for it begin used by different fan brands.

Q1: yes, I bought 2 fans of the same model, each came with it’s own remote. The remotes work perfectly each controlling one fan.

Q2: no I don’t think so, each fan came with it’s own remote (the remotes are identical).

Are the remotes have dip switches that allow to set both remotes to the same operating conditions?

There is usually a learn process to pair the remote to the fan.
