We have a rental property that is using a Bond Pro Bridge to control Somfy blinds and ceiling fans. It is mounted on a high ceiling. The blinds are exposed directly into HomeKit and the fans are exposed via HomeBridge to HomeKit.
The person renting our property schedules the blinds directly through the Bond app (v2.64.2)
They were away on vacation, but now they are back, and they noticed that the Bond app is now empty.
The Bond Bridge Pro is powered via POE. I saw that it was not on the network, so I power cycled the port and now it is back on the network. However, when I check the Bond app remotely, I also see that it is empty. I tried logging out, and back in again, but it is still empty.
I checked HomeBridge, and it is communicating fine to the Bond Pro. I restarted the plugin to confirm it sees everything, and it sees all the connected accessories - it correctly ignores the shades and only exposes the fans.
In the Home app, checking the shades, HomeKit says that it hasn’t seen them for two weeks.
I tried re-adding the Bond Bridge Pro to the app, but as I am VPN’ing into the network, it fails to see the device. I don’t want to remove the Bond Bridge Pro in the Home app as I don’t know the PIN to re-add it as it doesn’t appear in the app.
Anyone else seen this issue? Any ideas on what to try? I would prefer not to have to rebuild all the accessories and schedules.
[edit] web interface is up. Checking /v2/sys/version, it says I have fw_ver: 4.31.1
When I first connected to the web interface, it wanted a pin number to pair it with an account. I don’t have access to the device for a pin number. I rebooted the device to see if I can an account without a pin, but the default web interface shows network configuration, not the account pairing UI.
