Bond+HomeKit, Shades STOP command not exposed?

I’ve scoured the internet including here and found a lot of people having this issue but no definitive solution.

I have some shades paired with my Bond Bridge (firmware v4.7.16-beta), and integrated with HomeKit via Homebridge (homebridge-bond). The verbose output of Homebridge indicates that it supports a variety of commands/actions:

[10/24/2024, 3:19:03 PM] [Bond] [Shades] actions: Aux,Close,CloseNext,Hold,Open,OpenNext,Pair,Stop,ToggleOpen,Unpair

In the bond app I have Open,Close, and Stop commands. All of them work as expected.

However, in the Home app, I only have (voice) options to open or close. “stop” and “hold” commands are not recognized. In the Home app UI I have a slider that only works to fully open and fully close, if I move the slider to for example 10% or 25% or 50%, the shades fully open. If I use the voice command “Set the X shades to 20%”, I get a popup acknowledgement but nothing happens.

In short, it seems that Homekit is not recognizing the Stop command, or setting to any percentage value.

Any input on this issue would be much appreciated!
