Bond bridge with somfy shades

I have the bond bridge pro updated with latest software/firmware. I am trying to control two somfy shades on my back deck.

I have a somfy virtuo controller that I can press the directional arrows to move both shades up and down together.

Within the bond bridge app, I have added the shades to open and close on a schedule. Ocassionally, when the schedule fires, only one shade operates. It’s as if the non functional shade is only doing a slight jog.

I’ve tried adding a second command to close or open about five minutes after the first command. However, this is not working to close/open the shade that isn’t working properly.

What do I need to set or change so that I can get the bond bridge to communicate with the shades correctly and also allow use of the somfy virtuo controller.

I have much success with my 5 outdoor somfy shades by grouping them on the remote rather than on Bond. This means there is only 1 comunication for each group and therefore no signal interference.

This is what I have done. But many times only one shade operates.

The caveat is that I defined in Bond new devices, called group1, …, which represent a given remote group. Hence bond treats it as a single new device, hence it sends only 1 signal to the group which initializes all members of the group with 1 common signal. It appears you are not doing this in your setup. The bond should have learned and repeat the group command stored in the remote.
