Allen + Roth Roller Shade issue

Hello.

I’ve purchased the Bond bridge and started setup by adding four Allen + Roth shades. I’ve been able to successfully “pair” all four shades (though two, I had to pair using the remotes instead of the battery method). For the two that I paired using the remote, they worked wonderfully at first however stopped working shortly after.

What should I do to attempt to resolve?

To eliminate a range issue, you could try temporarily moving the Bridge closer to the shades.

Thank you for your reply. The bridge is currently located underneath the shade.

I know this information was not included in my original post, apologies. Would it be worth it to try to move it on top of the shade? I’m assuming not, but thought I would ask just in case.

Shouldn’t make a difference if it is in the same room. Checking here, I see you have shades paired with template RMS74 (allen & roth) which does not have any rolling code that could possibly get out of sync, so if it works initially it should keep working as it is the same signal needed every time.

Does your remote control still work?

Does the app/bridge work after using the remote control?
