No devices showing up after Plugin startup

HomeSeer user reported that plugin doesn’t find any devices. The bridge itself is found.

Depending on when they set up the Bridge, the devices they have could be cloud-based vs local-based. Have they tried to add one of their existing devices again?
If it still doesn’t show up after attempting to add it the normal way, if they add the device and skip database lookup + do full raw record of the commands, they will be certain to have at least that raw-recorded device as a local one.
