The unit has an ir remote that appears to be a state type controller. So the power button only turns the ac on, and only to on state I think. There is no way to tell what the ac is doing as the diplay for it is on the remote. I was able to program the mode button to turn the ac off. Google home always says the account is unavailable. I had to create a second ac unit to power it off.
Any further news or help on controlling an ir Mitsubishi AirCon unit with Bond.
We have programmed on/off Hot & on/off Cold, but no way of knowing if the ir codes sent respond to the ir setting programmed at the time as all the information is on the actual remote.
Would be great to have more functions available on the Bond.
