Lost remote but the remote is in the database

Is there anyway to do the database search without the remote? The iOS app asks me to record 1st

I wonder if you can work with Support via Chat in the app (during business hours), or sending an email to customerservice@olibra.io, to have them help push a device to your Bridge? I am unsure if this is something they can do.

If not, maybe at least they can confirm which Bond Bridge ‘Template’ is used for your device if you give them make and model / FCC ID (though it may be difficult to know that without a remote in your hand).
If you can get the Template used, and you are comfortable with command line, it may be possible to create a device using this.
