I just found your product, it sounds like it would solve my problem with outdoor shades I purchased from Costco. Their Koolspot shades frequency is 433..92Mhz. However everytime I attempt to pair it the device does not work. I have paired this hub a fan in my home and it works great but the main reason for me purchasing was the shade. Without it working for the shade I may have to return as I did not need to spend this money for 1 fan. Help

you post photos of front / back of your remote control? We’d look especially for an “fcc id”. Also if you can share a link to the exact product you purchased.

Looks like a very common Dooya “bidirectional” remote. Should work fine with Bond Bridge.
