As the title suggests, I’m trying to confirm the current status of HomeKit integration with Bond, before adding another moving piece to my home?
My dream? To control my three fans (listed as fully compatible and supported), from the Apple Home app, without any betas, settings gymnastics, etc.
Howdy, @hirsch22 – the Bond team mentioned even within the past 30 days that HomeKit support is still in beta as there are some issues remaining.
As far as ceiling fan support, last I knew since ceiling fans are still not directly supported via HomeKit, Apple Home control could be approximated via Siri Routines.
Cool, so not soon and maybe not ever. Noted.
