Can’t tell what these buttons are - even icons are identical…

I’m sorry to read that. Your remote control (A1a) has 2 possible dimmer commands, and that’s why you have duplicated Bottom and Top dimmer buttons. You can find out which one works for your fan and remove the others on the “Edit Commands” screen (accessible through the 3 dots on the upper right).
