Bond won't replay saved commands

Hi all, I need some help with my Bond Bridge.

The FCC ID of my remote seems to be 2A6TK-S21, the photo on the FCC site matches at least. However, when I try to add it, the auto scan doesn’t work at all. When I enter the frequency on the FCC site (433.914) it flashes green and seems to learn it, but then the test button doesn’t work. I’ve factory reset the Bond device, updated and downgraded its firmware, and tested it with another RF remote, which it learned instantly.

TCL Fan HFS2-22H00A0 seems like this user has the same remote and same issue.

Turns out this remote is 2.4ghz, which contradicts the FCC listing, but at least it answers my question.
