Bond Bridge won't connect to Google Home?

I set up my Bond Bridge and it controls my Yoolax blinds from the app no problem. I can’t get it to connect to Google Assistant though…when I add Bond Home from the list it says “Bond Home is linked” but it does not show up on the list of connected devices and Google Assistant says it isn’t set up when I try voice commands. I’ve cleared cache on my browsers like the support article I found said and nothing is different. Help?

It’s likely you could get some faster and official help via using the Bond app’s Chat With Support option (gear icon → Help Center) during business hours, or by sending an email to to create a ticket.

The Bond staff, and us community folks, come through and help when we can but the official support options will have a more timely response.
