I’ve got a motorized awning that I was able to set up using the Other then enter the motor frequency. Bond is integrated with HomeBridge which is a bridged into Apple HomeKit. However, it’s classified the same as my motorized roller window shades so if I say “open shades” to Siri it will also extend the awning. This would not be good on a windy day! Is there a setting somewhere along the line which would classify the awning differently?
Alas! One hackish option you could do in Bond would be to add it as a “generic device”. But downside is it would have to be “turned on and off”
