It looks like the only discovery method supported is mDNS. Unfortunately, SmartThings doesn’t support mDNS/DNS-SD for device discovery. It’d be great if SSDP support could be added to make SmartThings usage of your API a bit more seemless

Thanks for the heads up. – Do you have an functional workaround, other than configuring the DHCP server to assign a reserved IP to the BOND?
Reserving an IP was my plan, I can’t think of any other work around beside setting something up to translate the mDNS to SSDP.
Same problem. Without SSDP support, Smartthings can’t find the BOND bridge. I could hardcode the IP address to a static IP (entered by the user, which would have to be reserved), but that is less than ideal.
