I have the regular bond bridge
template is RCF94v2
The device is a fanimation fan which has 6 speed settings, etc.
When I manually edit commands and remove the four light commands (I don’t want to control the lights in bond) it successfully removes the controls but then I get the following error when I try to turn the fan on or off “There was a problem connecting with the device. Please, try again later”
If I restore defaults (adding the light controls back) the error will go away and it will work. I am able to repeat this bug at any time.
The reason I am trying to remove the light control is because we don’t use the light in our smart home and it’s a hassle when the smart assistant turns it on confusing it with our lamps etc.
