Trying to replace a bad motor in a Timber Blind Metro Shade. Problem 1, can’t figure out how to get the old motor out. Naturally, whatever info is on the motor is on the side I can’t see. Can’t figure out how to get the motor to release from the “drive shaft” which runs the length of the shade. Company is out of business, so no luck contacting the right people yet. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
