How do I handle the HA upgrade that includes these changes? Do I remove the /config/custom_components/bond directory and any files that were copied there before performing the upgrade?
Excellent. After 2022.2 is released and you have upgraded delete /config/custom_components/bond and restart.

I am using bond with 6 fans.
For some reason the bond integration doesn’t add services for turning on/off the light/toggle light.
I saw some of your code in github but couldn’t understand which one to use and how to add it to my home assistant.
Help me please
