Trying to get a Fandelier and its Remote to work with bond

I have been trying to get my new Fandelier to work with my Bond Pro. The remote does trigger the ‘green light’ indicating that the Bond Pro captured the signal, but it won’t work. More concerningly, during the programming, the App shows “433” as the frequency however the FCC details show 304.25… Very odd.

Fan is Perimost 35 Inch Golden Bronze Downrod Mount Luxury Fandelier with Light and Remote Control.. remote is TRD047S1M with FCC ID 2AQZU-18051.

Not much more to explain – but any suggestions or recommendations are greatly appreciated.

There are a couple of inconsistancies:
your remote FCC ID is not found in the Bond device ICC device list which implies they have not a device tested and created a template for it. This conflicts with an AI statement that claims your remote TRD047S1M is fully compatible with Bond and Bond Pro. So your frequency difference is just another conflicting issue you are observing when trying to pair your remote with the Bond Pro. My suggestion is to start over and attempt to do an incremental learning of each functional buttom and test after each step the espective buttom before adding new buttons. The frequency mismatch could be related to an operating isssue with holding the remote functional buttom too short so the learning is not fully completed. Good Luck

Bingo – that was EXACTLY the issue. I was way too close to the Bridge Pro and that confused everything. I played with the suggested templates once it learned the remote from a distance and found one that worked just fine. Thanks for all the help.
