Red Ring — Bridge Dead on Arrival

I just received a new Bond unit and the SSID isn’t showing up.

It just lights up RED.

Ouch, unfortunately, I’d guess that you’ve got a bad unit. I suggest you contact customerservice@bondhome.io, or open a ticket in the customer support page of the app.

I agree, I am doing an exchange with Amazon. Looking forward to using this.
