# Rowley R-Tec Automated Drapes

When I try to pair this using the database, it asks to push the P2 button and the motor should jog. It doesn’t. Then when I try to pair it manually, I get the green light, but it doesn’t work.

Anyone have any luck with this system?

Hi Dan, welcome. Would help if you could post the model number and FCC ID from your remote control. We’ve not seen Rowley at our NJ office at least AFAIK.
