# RMS12 Somfy RTS does not close after set position

I have older Somfy shades, which have worked great with bond pro for many years. I recently had to replace a a shade due to a battery issue. I am able to set it up in the RTS remote and in Bond. It mostly works except when I move the shade from closed to set position and back to close. The “close” button remains green in the Bond app after clicking the set position. I think it isn’t sending the close command when I click close again. I am able to mostly confirm this suspicion because when I use the virtual remote in the Bond app and click the down button the shade closes.
