Remote with toggle - Create virtual OFF button

My remote has a toggle for on/off.
I would like to create an automation that turns everything off while I’m not at home.
Currently if I do this. The thing that were already off will switch on.

I can make sure the result is ‘OFF’ if I push 1hour button and then toggle button.

I would love to make that command the ‘Off’ button in bond.

I wish they also have virtual buttons for another reason.
With a virtual button, it is possible to link between RF switch modules to the sailing fan.
Hope they can easily release such a feature
