Error when using iOS or Siri Shortcuts

Hello,

I’m trying to create either an iOS or Siri shortcut to send commands to my ceiling fan. It appears that both options are theoretically supported. However, when running the shortcut it returns an error:
“Could not run [Shortcut name]
The operation couldn’t be completed
(iOS_BondSDK.BondResponseError error 1.)

Sounds like maybe a bug? Anything we can do about that?

Thanks,
Patrick

@endy – is this iOS feature having issues something that is on your radar yet?

Hey!
Thanks for reporting and tagging me!

I suspected some issues on this feature could show up, but haven’t received any yet.
Will look into this more carefully by the end of month at the latest.

Any extra info that you can share with us @Phprime , like iOS version, bridge type, other integrations that you use, are they working or facing any issues too?..

Also, if you would like me to check the internal logs, DM me your Bond ID

I’m on iOS 17.5.1 (will give a shot to upgrading to 17.6.1 tonight).

I don’t know the specific model of Bond. But, I am on firmware v2.17.4.3.

I would dm you my Bond ID, but I can’t seem to find how to do that.

You might have been too “new” on here to have DMs enabled – but now I think if you click Endy’s name you should be able to Message.
