# Bond Bridge unable to learn Net Zero fireplace remote commands

Has anyone had success “teaching” Net-Zero fireplace RF commands to the Bond Bridge? I checked the FCC id number (XYN795C) and it’s not listed as a Bond tested device. My Bond Bridge is unable to learn any commands from the remote. Thank you in advance for your help.

FCC lists it as 2.4 GHz RF, which isn’t compatible with the RF ranges of the hardware inside any of the Bond Bridges (Pro or otherwise).
